The hotel was fine, nothing brilliant but nothing I would mark them down for. The staff were helpful and we were able to secure parking.

Good location, close to old town, main shoping street (Rue des Clefs), restaurants. Next to Kestner square where you can catch buses to all those beautiful Alsatian villages (Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Ribeauville, etc.) Big room with huge and comfy bed Breakfast options are limited in my opinion, but as for French standards the selection is probably quite broad :)

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Gen Mgr is competent and attentive, and I noticed that she runs the team very well--with clear guidance and support. The room is not very large, but, of course, for city location all you really need. There is coffee and soft drinks ("premium" room). We really liked the shower and soap products--nice honey smell. Location is perfect for a stroll in the old city. 5 mins to the cathedral and Pfister house...

The man at the reception was very friendly and we felt welcome .we arrived early and got a room . Housekeeping person was very friendly too. the breakfast was good and enough coffee machines available, mo long queue. The location is perfect, 3-5 minutes walking to the Christmas market. The parking place is ok too, we had a box for our own. Thanks a lot

Choose the privilege room and breakfast to have a memorable accommodation. The hotel is at the entrance to the old center, close to the tourist office and close to all the attractions of the area. Nespresso machine in the room, Nuxe cosmetics, and daily water and cola in the fridge. Fabulous bed and the staff is present without disturbing.Departure on the alsacien wine road is made near the hotel Enjoy!

The hotel seems brand new throughout. The rooms are just the right size without being too small. The hotel was an easy walk from the old town with a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, and ice cream. The air conditioning worked well and it was nearly 33°c outside. The parking was under the hotel and just fine.

location was great! On a well-traveled street but right next to the pedestrian zone of the old town.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel right in centre, walking distance to markets.

staff were extremely nice and helpful. good location, short walk to the old town. Secure car park underground was perfect for us as we travelled with a lot of luggage for an overnight stay and did not want to empty the car.
